Record-breaking sales for Burnaby developer
Station Square Feature in Burnaby Now
A Burnaby developer had a record month in October, shattering condo pre-sale numbers across the region once again. Beedie Living, part of the Burnaby-based Beedie Development Group, and its partner Anthem Properties sold 700 condos in its Station Square development during the month of October – beating Concord Pacific’s previous record of about 500 condos sold in one month this past summer, according to real estate market analysts Urban Analytics.
